We are so excited to bring something we’ve dreamed about since the very beginning: Rice & Shine Asian Fusion Cafe.

As University of Florida alumni and the original founders of ZEN Noodles Company, this marks our sixth and most ambitious restaurant yet. With over 20 years of culinary, management and restaurant experience, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a place that celebrates the comfort foods we grew up eating for breakfast and the creativity that continues to inspire us.

Rice & Shine reimagines those familiar flavors with a modern twist: authentic, creative and rooted in community. From savory rice porridge and Vietnamese beef stew to inventive takes on classic Filipino dishes, every recipe is a reflection of our journey and the people who’ve shared it with us.
